It’s weird…
What is writing?
When I write, I think.
When I write, I remember.
When I write, time slows down.
When I write, I feel alive.
Little footprints,
in the sand.
Get made.
Ink blotch. Notebook. Line drawn.
Writing.
The monks of old would beg to have the paper we have today.
And today, people are going completely digital.
They wanted to pass stories and knowledge to future generations.
They wanted to share what they knew. They wanted to matter.
That’s what writing is to me.
